I had a wonderful experience at this hotel where Mr. Goodwin and his team made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The rooms come equipped with modern amenities and the hotel is undergoing great improvements which is exciting. However, my previous visit revealed some shocking issues, including cleanliness and security concerns that I couldn't overlook. So while it's a better choice than before, there's definitely room for improvement.

My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. At first, I faced a major issue with getting the wrong room, which was really frustrating after such a long drive. However, after switching, I found the amenities to be quite good considering the rate. The staff was definitely a highlight, as they were genuinely caring and attentive. On the downside, I had issues with both the cleanliness of some areas and the refund process, which added to my stress during the stay.
